Community Medical Response Team

• Mumbai prepared is working closely with Ambulance services, nursing homes and hospitals across the city to set up Community Medical Response Teams.
• These CRMTs will consist of teams of doctors based in the community who are specially trained in providing emergency, life saving medical and trauma care before the patient is taken to hospital.
• They work closely with the ambulance teams and local GPs on a voluntary basis in the community and provide life saving care.
