The Citizens of Bombay Crisis Management Forum was set up in the aftermath of the Mumbai terror attack in Nov 26/11. It consists of a large number of active citizens lobbying specifically in the domain of Crisis Preparedness and Response within the city of Mumbai. The CBCM Forum actively seeks political accountability and response in dealing with crises.
